SWIMMING
1.5KM
The swimming event begins with a rolling start from the Évian-les-Bains Water Sports Center, offering athletes a smooth and controlled launch. Before the race, the main pool is open for warm-ups, and changing rooms and restrooms are also available for optimal preparation!
The race starts from a platform. You can dive or jump to begin your race.
This course incorporates an Australian-style exit, adding pace and dynamism before heading back to the second leg. The finish line is opposite the Palais Lumière, a unique setting where spectators can follow the athletes on foot and cheer them on until the transition.
CYCLING
40KM (800 D+)
Hang on tight, it's going to be a climb! After the swim, you'll hop on your bike for a 40 km ride through the magnificent landscapes of Évian-les-Bains and the Pays de Gavot. Between Lake Geneva and the surrounding peaks, this route promises as many incredible panoramas as it does challenges!
Bicycle time barriers
Each participant must have started the cycle course before 8:35 a.m. (1 hour 5 minutes of racing).
RUNNING
10KM
Last push before the finish line! This 10km course takes you along the quays and through the city's iconic landmarks: the Palais Lumière, Red Square, the headquarters of Évian... A unique setting for a lively finale, fueled by the atmosphere and cheers!
Time barriers for running
Each participant must have:

Started the running course before 10:50 a.m. (3 hours 20 minutes of racing).
