Registration

  • I check that my credit card balance is sufficient
  • If possible, I try with another credit card
  • I check that my internet connection is optimal

If I still can't get through, I contact the organization at the following email address info-evian@eviantriathlon.com with the subject: PAYMENT PROBLEM.

Contact us via email at infoevian@triathlonevian.com with the subject: REGISTRATION FORM PROBLEM and sending a screenshot of your issue alongside a detailed description.

You can resend the confirmation email on your profile.

Did you us an email address that you check regularly?

In some cases, confirmation emails can occasionally be filtered into your spam/junk mail, please check these inboxes first.

If this is not the case, email us with the following information: Name, Surname, Date of Birth, email address used at the registration and another email address that you are using frequently. We will then send you the confirmation email again.

If you wish to change your challenge this is indeed possible under certain conditions :

  • For a cheaper challenge: email us at info-evian@eviantriathlon.com but please note that no reimbursement will be made.
  • For a more expensive challenge: email us at info-evian@eviantriathlon.com and we will change your distance. Please note that you might pay the price difference. Once the payment done, your new registration will be validated and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Log on into your runner’s profile and click on “edit my entry”. For more specific changes, such as the name on your bib, contact us at infoevian@triathlonevian.com 
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT NO BIB TRANSFERS ARE ALLOWED
  • If you paid for the cancellation insurance at the time of registration, you can ask for a refund by logging onto your runner's profil with your registration code and email
  • IMPORTANT: you can only subscribe to the cancellation insurance at the time of registration, and until September 15th. Please refer to the event rules for more details.
  • If you did not pay for the cancellation insurance at the time of registration, we won’t refund your registration fee.

All registrations are personal and final, none can be reimbursed, or transferred to another year or another individual.

Retrait des dossards

I have to show an identity card and my bib collection coupon (received by email) printed or on my phone.

The withdrawal of your bib by a friend is possible when you give him a copy of your ID and your withdrawal voucher. Without ID, no bib will be issued.

For the relay race, the presence of all team members is not mandatory to pick up the bibs. The team member present collects all the elements handed over to the withdrawal of the bibs and is responsible for handing them to his teammates.

This year, the medical certificate is no longer required. It has been replaced by a "health info" form that you will have to fill in when you register if you are not a licence holder.
